UCEE Microfinance Bank is a digital bank built to support your lifestyle and provide seamless banking services. We are a licensed Microfinance Bank and a subsidiary of United Capital Plc.
- Go to your Appstore and download the ‘’UCEE” App
- Launch the app and click on ‘’Sign up’’.
- Provide your BVN.
- Complete the onboarding process and a new UCEE Account will be generated for you.
To upgrade your account using the UCEE app:
- log into your UCEE app.
- Click on the ‘’More’’ icon at the bottom of the app.
- Click on the “User profile” menu.
- Click on upgrade account.
- Provide your NIN and update your address details for verification.
- Your account will automatically be upgraded upon successful verification of your NIN and address.
Your account may have been restricted because you have exceeded or breached your account transaction limit. To remove the restriction from your account, please, link your NIN and provide your address in the app.
Both your NIN and address will be verified. Once verification is successful, your account will be upgraded, your transaction limit increased, and the restriction on your account will also be lifted.
- Log into your UCEE app.
- Click on the ‘’More’’ icon at the bottom of the app.
- Click on ‘’Privacy & Security”
- Click on “Security question”
- Click on “Reset security question’’.
- Input your transaction PIN.
- Input OTP sent to your registered email.
- 8. Set up your new security question.
To reset your password:
- Launch your Ucee app.
- Click on ‘’Forgot Password” on the Login page.
- Input your registered email (An OTP will be sent to your email)
- Input OTP.
- Input a new password and confirm the password.
- Login with the new password created.
Log into your Ucee app.
Click on the ‘’More’’ icon at the bottom of the app.
Click on ‘’Privacy & Security”
Click on “Transaction PIN”
Input your current PIN
Input a New PIN and Confirm the New PIN
Click on Update Transaction Pin
Log into your Ucee app.
Click on the ‘’More’’ icon at the bottom of the app.
Click on ‘’Privacy & Security”
Click on Transaction Pin
Click on “Reset PIN’’
Input your security answer and Click Continue
Input OTP sent to your registered email and click on Continue
Input a New PIN and confirm the New PIN.
Click on Proceed.
Log into your Ucee app.
Click on the ‘’More’’ icon at the bottom of the app.
Click on ‘’Privacy & Security”
Click on “Password”
Input your current Password.
Input New password and Confirm password.
Log into your Ucee app.
Click on the ‘’More’’ icon at the bottom of the app.
Click on ‘’Privacy & Security”
Enable the biometric toggle.
Input your transaction PIN to activate biometric.
You can increase your transaction limit up to N2 million provided your account has been upgraded to level 3. To increase your limit:
- Log into your Ucee app.
- Click on the ‘’More’’ icon at the bottom of the app.
- Click on ‘Account limit”
- Click on Edit at the top right corner
- Input your desired Single Transaction Limit & Daily Transaction Limits
- Click on the box to tick and agree to the terms & conditions
- Click on Set & input your 4-digit PIN to increase your transaction limit.
- Log into your Ucee app.
- Click on the ‘’More’’ icon at the bottom of the app.
- Click on the User profile menu.
- Click on upgrade account.
- Click on NIN
- Input your NIN for verification.
