
Tina Nwaiwu
Tina currently holds the role of Head of Sales with United Capital MFB where she is tasked with designing and implementing growth strategies, ensuring prompt delivery of these strategies to drive profitability. Tina brings to the team her wealth experience in the Consumer lending and Digital Bank space.
Before now, Tina held the position of Head of Sales with FairMoney MFB, looked after the offline sales processes, and delivered the sales numbers to grow revenue and drop customer acquisition cost.
Tina also held the role of Head Digital Sales with Credit Direct limited where she was tasked deploying digital channel, designing digital products and pushing existing products on the digital channels to improve efficiency, drive growth, increase profitability and reduce Cost to Income Ratio.
Tina was at Renmoney for 5 years before joining Credit Direct where she acted in the capacity of Head of Telesales managing over 140 agents, she grew performance of the channel by 400% in her period with Renmoney, she was at the forefront of the digital transformation at Renmoney, a project which looked at digitizing the loan process and with a sole goal of dropping TAT.
In her earlier career days, Tina worked for a Stockbroking firm as a Research Analyst and for a Software/BPO company as Sales Lead.
